March Minutes were read and approved.

Old Business:

• Archives—Barb M is finishing up on the consolidation project.
• Men’s 12^th Step Call List—Brian is ½ done calling to verify phone numbers. Sign up sheets are distributed to groups.
• IG Banquet—Banquet will be June 28^th at Mercy Hospital meeting room. Barb made a motion, Jerry seconded to have an auction with funds to be sent to GSO. Motion was approved. Barb will organize auction, we will encourage donors to bring items rather than pick up in advance. Nik volunteered to be the auctioneer. Chris will get a price for the food and we should have tickets to sell at next meeting. Jerry is to find an AA speaker.

New Business:

• No progress report on phone contract.
• Nik took beeper for Saturday noon meeting.
• Julie—Will ask Kelly if she can do a flyer for the IG Banquet.
• Jerry motioned and Chris seconded a motion to raise the rent payment from $10 per meeting to $20 per meeting. Motion approved.

Meeting adjourned at 11:30 am
