Old Business:

· Banquet:

1. McCauley Room at Mercy Medical Plaza available June 9 and June 16. Chef Mickey can do either but prefers June 9. Prices are the same; he will send the past menu to Barb.

2. Al suggested not selling advance tickets in order to make it less formal and to simply have a suggested donation.

3. Barb strongly suggested selling advance tickets because we need to give a count to Chef Mickey.

4. Decided on a raffle or drawing for donated items rather than an auction since Intergroup does not need to raise funds.

5. Jerry expressed concern about not raising funds and that it may be problematic in the future.

6. Decided on June 16 as the preferred date to allow time to plan, sell tickets, etc.

7. Fellowship 5:30; Dinner 6:00; Speaker (Andrew S.) 7:30; Drawing 8:30.

8. Childcare provided during speaker. Annie will arrange for two sitters at $25 each.

9. Opening prayer and readings (How It Works and the Traditions) before speaker.

10. Barb volunteered to print the tickets. Pete will do the flyer.

11. Will need coffee makers, drinks, tablecloths, dinnerware, decorations, etc.

· 12^th Step Panel

1. July 21, 1:30-3:30 p.m. Fellowship at 1:30; Panel at 2:30

2. Panel: Eric R., Mark N., Sybil, Margaret C.

3. Need a flyer. Barb will ask Pete.

4. Pizza will be served. Eric volunteered to check Falbo’s, Papa John’s, and Sam’s and to bring the information to the June meeting.

· Archives

1. Tim has the archives.

2. Sean and Jerry will contact him. Perhaps do it on Sunday.

New Business:

· Jerry asked if we were paying rent for the monthly Intergroup meeting. We are not, but should be. It was tabled for the time being.
